Yes, you will be screened for flu-like symptoms prior to entry into the clinic in our Eugene location. If you screen positive for symptoms you will be taken to a private room for further evaluation. If you are visiting our Corvallis or Florence locations, please call the main number prior to entering the clinic if you are symptomatic.
One (1) visitor or caregiver is allowed at a new patient appointment. After that, visitors or caregivers are only allowed if the patient requires assistance. We are required to maintain physical distancing of six feet and until that requirement changes, we will be unable to change our visitor guidelines. Vaccination status does not impact the ability to have a caregiver as physical distancing is still required. Children under 12 are not allowed in the infusion room.
A mask is required to be worn at all times within the clinic. During screening, if the staff determines you have symptoms, you will be asked to wear a procedure mask.

No. WVCI is not testing patients for COVID-19. If we determine that it is appropriate for you to seek further medical care or be tested, we will connect you with the facilities that are currently testing patients.
