COVID-19 Vaccine Booster Shots

WVCI encourages all our patients to follow current CDC guidelines regarding vaccination. At this time, WVCI is not providing COVID vaccinations. There is no requirement for a doctor’s order or letter for a COVID vaccination or booster shot.

At this time there is no specific guidance on what represents active treatment, therefore it would be reasonable for you to consider a booster for either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine if you have received anti-cancer treatment within the past year.
