Willamette Valley Cancer Institute has teamed up with University of Oregon Athletics and Oregon State Athletics to recognize cancer survivors and bring awareness to cancer care in our community by spotlighting survivor's stories.  All WVCI patients and former patients who would enjoy attending a collegiate sporting event, are encouraged to enter!

Winners will be contacted prior to the start of each sport’s season and receive FREE tickets, a tour of the sports facility, game-day prizes, and their story will be shared to bring hope to others whose lives have been touched by cancer.

Dr. Marc Uemura - WVCICancer, like any other diagnosis, is all-encompassing. It affects not only the patients but also their family members and friends. This gives us an opportunity to recognize that our patients are fighting hard for their health and to support them through that.”
