Patient Care Philosophy

As a hematologist-oncologist, I believe in treating the whole person—not just the disease. I approach each patient with compassion and respect, striving to understand their values and goals —so that we can focus our care on what is most important to them.

Cancer is physical, mental, and spiritual. I want my patients to feel seen, supported, and empowered to make decisions that are meaningful to them.

I was drawn to oncology by its scientific complexity and human depth. I have a special interest in hematologic malignancies and cellular therapies, and I value honest, individualized care that respects each patient’s journey.

Oncology is a field that’s constantly evolving, with new therapies and discoveries that keep me engaged. But what truly drew me in was the human connection—being able to support patients through some of the most meaningful and challenging moments of their lives.
