Caring and adventurous, Linn Bergander provides direct patient care during appointments, assists in major surgeries, organizes chemotherapy and provides symptom management.
“I enjoy being a consistent part of our patient’s care throughout their journey,” Linn says.
Linn developed a special interest in gynecology after living in Malawi and South Africa. She broadened her focus to include oncology while working at the Knight Cancer Institute and she pursued a second Master’s degree in Public Health focusing on women’s health and population studies.
Linn believes in equitable patient access to health care, educating patients on their diagnosis, and improved quality of life through relief from symptoms, pain and stress that come with a cancer diagnosis.
In her free time, she pursues international travel, nature, culture, community and family. She skis, bikes, kayaks, hikes, backpacks, camps and rock climbs with friends, family and her Labrador-Wolfhound mix, Chandler.
